After 3 days of neck pain that kept me up all night, I made an appointment with Dr. Cook. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I had never been to a chiropractor. She took X-rays, examined me, offered recommendations, and adjusted me. My neck hasn’t hurt since my first appointment. Overall I’ve been feeling better since starting services 2 months ago.

I have been seeing Dr. Sarah Cook for about three weeks for my back and knees. I see her twice a week. Since I have had several adjustments I am able to stand from a sitting position a little easier, not as much pain and feeling better about myself. She takes the time to listen to you, explains things as she goes and is very gentle. I definitely would recommend her to anyone!

Yay! I went to Lifestyle Chiropractic for my neck and balance issues. Dr. Sarah Cook really showed me her knowledge and skills, as she promised she would be doing 16 years ago to help others with a better quality of life. So proud of her! Amazing to be able to fulfill your dreams of helping others. Lifestyle chiropractic staff also shared and educated me with steps for a better plan of pain control. Sweet! Thank you.

I have been nervous about getting a chiropractic adjustment for years. While I understand the benefit, I just couldn't get myself to follow through. Dr Sarah helped ease those nerves and after just 1 adjustment, my neck is moving better than it has in years. Looking forward to continuing. Highly recommend!
