The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was fair. However, any phonecalls made to Paul since the bill was paid have gone without a call back(and these were in reference to future work to be done at the house). I am disappointed since I did refer him to 2 other roof jobs that he ended up doing in my neighborhood, and I will now have to look elsewhere for contractors. If he had responded to my calls he could have had a lot more work and a lot more referrals
Advantage consistently either met, or exceeded my expectaions on every promise they made to me. The work was done to perfection! The porch is absolutely beautiful. They cleaned up every day before leaving. Every employee was extremely courteous and pleasant. I never heard one word of irritation or improper language from them. Outstanding service, very professionals and great quality materials. Hired them to do other major building and remodeling in the house. Very efficient work and honest people.
I would use this contractor again! Over-all, very satisfied with the job.
The builder used 2 sub-contractors and they both screwed up the job. The concrete had to be re-poured due to such a bad finish and the siding sub had to be run off the job. . It took 2 months to get a 2 car garage built and a final inspection. It was a stand-alone building and had a very hard time getting the job done.
