Advantage consistently either met, or exceeded my expectaions on every promise they made to me. The work was done to perfection! The porch is absolutely beautiful. I would use this contractor again! Over-all, very satisfied with the job.
The builder used 2 sub-contractors and they both screwed up the job. The concrete had to be re-poured due to such a bad finish and the siding sub had to be run off the job. . It took 2 months to get a 2 car garage built and a final inspection. It was a stand-alone building and had a very hard time getting the job done.
Had new roof and gutters installed, Very pleased with the crew, they were courteous, hard working and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for any work you need around your home.
I found it to be actually a pleasure. He give me suggestions to help me in other areas in my house.
Paul, Heidi, and all the folks at Lakeview were outstanding. I got several quotes, and theirs was the best price. The quality of my garage is wonderful. They are extremely customer-oriented. I highly recommend Lakeview.
