Robin is an amazing property manager. She is very welcoming, helpful, and sweet. Any issues are addressed in a timely manner, and we enjoyed our stay in our townhouse for a couple of years. They are quiet, well insulated, and well upkept.
Love the peace and quietness of the area. Office staff is very professional and friendly when handling complaints or requests. I truly feel safe there with my child.
We relocated to MS from AZ 6 months ago and Lifestyle at the Bay made the process easy and painless. We love the small community and have only had 1 issue of our dryer going out and they replaced it promptly. They keep the property nice and well kept.
We loved living here until Niki took over . She is horrible and left us hanging many times with repair issues. Had very bad leak on thanksgiving ruined our tv . We were BEVER compensated. Had an ant issue that ruined all our food in cabinet’s NEVER compensated. They finally fixed our roof leak after two years . By replacing whole roof and let me tell you these guys trashed the property for a week with nails and debris. Sarah had very great communication with us during the whole move in process and has been helpful throughout our current stay . The property is nice and it’s quiet out here . Neighbors are sweet too . Overall best experience.
