Wow all i have to do to find candidates for a medical malpractice lawsuit against Lifestream is look at their reviews. They are with holding my wife’s insulin and other meds prescribed by the VA that is very dangerous to abruptly stop taking VERY DANGEROUS they need to have their contract with the state shredded and not admit people to their facility if they don’t have the proper medication’s to treat them with
I was attacked by a patient while I was visiting with my kid the staff didn't act fast enough.
Warning! They treating these pscy meds like they roofees in the 90's. During my stay last summer because of a crisis, I experienced & saw somethings being done that were clearly illegal staff abusing us the patients. Shame on them. Not surprised they burned it down a few years back.
The worst communication you could imagine with our own children . Talked with 3 different people with 3 different plans and absolutely nobody knows what's going on from shift to shift. Then they will call DCF on you. Do NOT use these people under any circumstances. They will be reported to the State of Florida and hopefully there will be some oversite and regulations with these places.
