Worst experience of my life. These workers do not care about their patients. They are only there to babysit, not help. They made me wait 8 hours in the freezing cold lobby before they took me back and left me in a bed. Then they made me sleep on the floor one night. it is a prison.

I was a patient here, several times. My last stay was late last year. From reading recent reviews, I see that NOTHING has changed! When you read all the negative reviews and patient experiences, BELIEVE IT!! I walked out, each time, in worse condition (mentally) than when I walked in. My greatest concern is that after all the filed complaints and negative experiences, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! Asking anyone that has been at this awful place to reach out to me at janeek1973,@gmail. This place needs investigation and to be shut down. And complaints on agencies we reported them to that did nothing.. Also those that LCSO abused the baker act on that should have never been there.

Godawful place. They dont seperate violent patients at all. We couldn't shower nor wash our hands as they didn't have soap. They don't allow visits from family. I ended up getting covid from this place (not hard when theres no soap). we had to do absolutely nothing for hours on end. There were no activities, you couldn't even go outside. We just sat in chairs staring at a wall for days. The workers make so much noise at night that it keeps you awake.
