Easy appointment scheduling process. Great experience with practitioner.
Dr. Gracie was knowledgeable and very friendly and had a warm bedside manner. She was intelligent and offered great advice. Definitely will be looking forward to working with her in the future. I am a patient of life stance and have been for a while and have had nothing but great success with their company and doctors
Poorly run company. Our Experience with them was similar to when you have to deal with calling an airline that has cancelled your flight. The psychiatrists they contract with dont seem to care much. They are probably poorly paid knowing they don’t have to leave the comfort of their home to get a paycheck. A badly flawed system. I would say worth waiting for a private in person provider.
I am going to have to go ahead and leave my first bad review on Google. This organization is super unprofessional. Being a therapist myself, their unethical procedures are shocking. Dealing with them has caused me so much unnecessary stress. They billed me for a late fee when I called three days before the appointment to reschedule. Furthermore, it was extremely difficult for me to actually reach a live person to talk it through.
