In just two years I have had four different providers. Three left the practice, and another failed to show for scheduled appointments. I don’t blame the individual providers who left, and I have actually had providers here that I really liked. My concern is with LifeStance as an organization. This much turnover in such a short period raises serious questions about how the company operates and its commitment to continuity of care. Lauren Thomas was so great. I felt very comfortable opening up to her and talking to her. She was calm and understanding.
