Excellent...!! Two (2) thumbs up (👍🏾👍🏾)..!!! From the moment in walked into the buildingvi felt at ease. From the security guy sitting in the lobby, to the receptionist at the office checking me in, to th therapist (Dr. Howard Thirus) I had the appointment with. Great service, helpful, answered all my questions to where I understood and they made sure everything was acceptable by me.
Expect no responses after your appointment. Would recommend getting a psychiatrist through your primary care doctor instead. No one was in the office when my appointment was scheduled until 10 minutes later. If you’re getting diagnosed for anything regarding classes this will not help you as you need more reasons than just a diagnosis. Hope this helps!
I have been working with Lifestance for a few years now and am believe they do a great job. I especially appreciate their responsiveness to questions, scheduling appointments, etc. And my therapist is top notch.
The patient portal makes it easy to keep in touch with my Nurse Practitioner. Kelly responds in a timely manner and is available to meet virtually.
