My daughter Emily booked a counselor. She was seen by a provider named Sara Garcia. She had one introductory session. For Sara’s second session my daughter waited in a waiting room close to an hour. The provider was a No Show! Not only that, but my daughter received a no show fee! My daughter emailed the provider and said she was in the waiting room close to an hour.
