Therapy made me even worse, should have discharged me a year earlier instead of taking my money
My daughter Emily booked a counselor. She was seen by a provider named Sara Garcia. She had one introductory session. For Sara’s second session my daughter waited in a waiting room close to an hour. The provider was a No Show! Not only that, but my daughter received a no show fee! My daughter emailed the provider and said she was in the waiting room close to an hour. Charging patients for a "late cancellation" (90$) when I appeared on my telehealth appointment to let her know I was no longer using her services. Mind you I paid my 10$ copay. (so 100$). If you want peace of mind this isnt somewhere to go. All they care about is money.
