My first few appointments were great, however, I don't what happened, but my prescriber was no longer available for video calls and my next appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hour warning. One of my anxieties has something to do with phone calls and when I finally called I was told no info other than I'd need to make another appointment. My provider is fine enough but the constant phone issues and billing issues are atrocious. Most recently this morning I was on hold for 28 minutes. Fine. I get it - they're a busy practice. Finally I was "first in line" and was hung up on. This is not the first time this has happened where I am on hold for 20+ minutes and the call just hangs up. If you request a call back they often let the line ring for maybe half a ring and then hang up - I know this because on multiple occasions I've literally watched my phone start ringi... read more
