My provider is amazing, and the front desk staff is very considerate, welcoming, and friendly. My provider (Dr Chelsea Ratchford) gives me all the time I need, communicating via email swiftly outside sessions for all my questions. I love this office, which is why I drive 40mins to get there every time. Keep doing great, being a role model for the other locations.
I've been a patient of life stance for at least 5 years and I can say whole hearted that they do not listen to their patients, their service is awful. I put in for a prescription two and a half weeks ago and it still has not been refilled. If you're considering psychological services I'd look anywhere else.
I like that my insurance (Premera/Blue Cross) was accepted and I like how easy it was to get connected with a therapist however I wasn’t impressed with the therapist I signed up with, her name is Veronica Diaz, I found her to be dry, didn’t seem concerned when I brought up some serious issues and since our appointments were virtual I can hear her dog barking in the background and her reception went out a few occasions cutting into our session time. The provider was amazing but this place owes me $350 and will not return an email asking the billing office how I can get a refund. I’ve emailed them on 6/18/24 and 7/7/24 and again today. Obviously patients seen here are seen for mental and emotional issues. Having to deal with this as well is not helpful for your patients. STAY AWAY if you value your money and mental or emotional health.
