When I made a phone call to these people to set up my first appointment, I was put through a series of prompts that had me listening to all this corporate cliche recordings. I was on the phone waiting for 6 minutes and decided to hang up. The next day I had a call from a virtual assistant, non-human recording. I hung up and blocked them. For someone that is seeking therapy, this is a very poor way to treat a potential patient. A real human should be there to answer the phone immediately.
