Horrible billing experience. I requested 6 therapy appointment through eap which gives me free 8 sessions however life stance decided to bill my health insurance instead. This instance, I never gave life stance my health insurance for this call. Previously to this appt setup, I had a different appointment for a separate issue but later cancelled..they probably kept my insurance on file from that. Every time I’ve spoken to a representative I clearly state that this is through eap and was assured that this is gonna get fixed. ... read more
