Switched over after several years at another private medical clinic, where service quality and communication dropped significantly. Our family of 4 has been thrilled at Lifespan and love the level of personalized attention our family receives. The team is top-notch and the culture here has even attracted some of the best team members we liked from our previous clinic. Plus, parking is way better than downtown options.
I can wholeheartedly second all the positive reviews so far. I have joined Lifespan MD about 6 months ago and not just my awareness of the importance of preventive diagnostics has changed, but most likely my own lifespan has already been extended. Lifespan MD has become a caring gatekeeper to the more specialized medical services in our health care system, and access to those is essential, but denied to too many in this country.
The professionalism and attentiveness of Dr. Hetz and his team at LifespanMD provides us with great peace of mind and the knowledge that we’re truly in good hands. The team provides excellent service in a timely, tailored, and warm manner. We’re very happy with our decision to join LifespanMD!
