July 15, wouldn't treat me due to head injury, cat bites, etc. Wanted me to go in ambulance to ER. Signed AMA.. See RI Hospital ER review. All should be fired, both facilities. They don't deserve working in the medical field. If you hate your job, leave and don't let everyone else suffer.
I went on a Saturday morning due to leg/knee pain. I questioned if it was a sprain, pinched nerve or sciatica. I told them my pain was a 7 on a scale from 1-10. For whatever reason, they decided to give me an x Ray. I questioned this because I knew it wasn’t a break or a fracture or anything bone related but they insisted “to rule it out”. The place is a joke!! I walked in severely dehydrated a half hr before close with not one other person in the building and was sent away told they have no more availability for the day!!!
I struggle with asthma and when I have bad days, I need to go to urgent care to be treated. This means I've been to my share amount and Warwick was by far the BEST one. I'm not one to write reviews but the care was quick, thoughtful, kind, supportive, I mean I could go on. I truly felt listened to and cared for which I usually don't feel at other urgent cares.
Fast, professional and kind. The facilities were clean.
