This company has been helpful and compassionate, Pam has helped my wife through some major hurdles and I couldn't be anymore thankful for them and their hard work! The front desk gals are very helpful and responsive.
Worst care I have ever received from a mental health provider. I was switched between 5 providers for multiple reasons, from them being fired too them just not wanting to see me anymore. I can’t believe I let them drag me around so long before I decided to seek care elsewhere. 0/10
Used to be great, lost some great employees and the owner didn't seem interested in real patients anymore, just as long as they could keep the ketamine room full, everyone else be damned. When Brittany the office gal left the empathy and sympathy within the buisness left with her. Now patients are numbers, I rember when it was just Brittany and Carrie was great, now I realize the heart that made it great all along was Brittany most anyone else there now really probably should be in other fields of work.
There is no amount of talk therapy or medicated assisted therapy without the proper doctor! I've never met a more kind and empathetic staff that care from the absolute pit of their heart...people may see this as a negative thing but in reality some of those may need to check their own mental well being!! I can't say ENOUGH good about lifespan psychiatry..Each and everyone of their providers are truly gifts to humanity!
