Hope was extremely surface and fake, not personable at all. After months she still couldnt remeber son's age or any personal details about me. Continued to swap medications I voiced helped me. I didn't feel comfortable from day one and expressed my trust issues and past experiences of not being believed or heard and she did nothing but cause me even more distrust in the system. Victoria is fake, she will pretend to care then she will burn you. She had me come into an in person appointment because I always do telehealth. She made me go through psychosis because of the information she shared and she NEW exactly what she was doing. She also will prescribe you a medication then take you off because she thinks it’s best. Without warning may I add. I’d give this “business” a -10 /10 they never answer there phones as well. Good luck even getting an appointment and when you do you regret it. Hope this help... read more
