I always come here for blood work. Everyone is really nice and helpful, especially because I tend to get lightheaded. It goes a little better for me every time because of the kind words and hard work of everyone I meet here. Would definitely recommend. Just plan ahead and don't come during the last 15 minutes because that's what everyone else tries to do!!
I took my husband here on 8/10/22. The staff was unbelievably rude. We were appalled by the manner in which they spoke to us. There's other labs nearby and we will never go to this one again.
1 star for woman at front desk. Rude & unprofessional. Apparently, someone called in sick, & she made a point of being loud & vocal about it, in Front of all the patients. Honestly, I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was. Verbalized an “ughh,” when I nicely mentioned to lab technician, that my veins roll a lot.. only mentioned, to increase chance of success, since other people have had a hard time, because of this. Luckily, it turned out well.
The staff is wonderful very friendly and I have been going once a week for several months now to get my blood drawn. I have never had a problem.
