Update: Christie (sp?) reached out to me and after brief discussion and apology, I am giving it another try. I have added a couple stars. Will update again. Original review: Don't bother. Had an appt at 315p for a pedicure. (They called to confirm day before.) Got there at 310p. "She's running about 15 min behind." Yaaaaa, after 40 mins of sitting there, no further communication, just passive eye-contact avoidance from front counter person, I walked up and told her I was leaving. She wanted me to reschedule. Seriously? No.

Editing my initial review. While I didn’t have the best experience during my first time here and would still not get another blowout with the same stylist. I do have to say Christie, the manager, did work promptly to make things better. She called and emailed and got things resolved quickly. She also invited me back in for a short massage. Her massage was good and that side of the spa/salon looks better. I just love how Lifetime now has a masseuse (Roy) that knows how to give a Brazilian lymphatic massage. So worth it! I could see the difference in my waist as soon as I got off the massage table.

Roy is a phenomenal professional therapist who understands the deep tissue massage technique and integrates flow with the hot towel appropriately. The best massages that I ever received! The overall experience was phenomenal, calming and peaceful. God Bless!
