I’m incredibly disappointed by my experience here… when I first joined, I was excited by the possibility of having a good spa/salon right there. Bad and unwelcoming experience for a “complimentary mini facial.” I scheduled for 12:45 pm and I came in 15 minutes early out of respect and timeliness. I waited and waited… after 1 PM, still no one came. I asked the front desk and they knocked on Courtney’s door and told her that she had a client waiting outside. Well she currently had another client there and they told me I could wait another 10-15 minutes. I am a long time member of Lifetime Fitness but only recently utilized their Spa services, and more specifically, their massage services (which, tbh, I have been reluctant to try massage therapy services) .
