I have been coming here for years. This place used to be great. They have two new employees that have horrible attitudes and don’t care. I was walking up to the door today at 2 PM and the lady literally walked outside. Walked back in turn the Clothes sign on and I said excuse me. Another man walked up to get blood. She didn’t care they locked the doors at 2 PM today on a Wednesday. I will never make a trip back to this place again. Call and you get no answer but online it says they are open till 5 PM. My experience with Life South was dubious and due to my low blood sugar or blood volume caused me to pass out while driving home and ultimately a collision where I was taken to the hospital for examination before arriving home.
I had a great experience as a first time donor. Thank you for being so patient and kind.
