Unfortunately always a new face, understand turnover but they don't seem to be training the new people and it shows. After 3 straight hematomas a lady named Amber called to follow-up, said that's they way new techs learn they'll get better...not at my expense Amber, I'll go elsewhere where the donor and recipient are kept healthy.
The two ladies who were working today were awesome 10/10
Donated blood. Problem getting it in.i did it because me & the kids where broke & hungry. I called about my card after 4 days. Lady said “ Don’t worry. We’ll get around to it. It’s Only $20! !” YA!! $20 that they Re-Sell for $300!!..I Hope they’re not looking for anything Nutritious or good for U in it,,, it’s been filtered so many times it’s like water !!

Very clean, very safe. staff consistently checked up on me and it was super efficient. in and out. i love donating here. the two female staff workers were attentive and nice.
