Awesome, I am looking forward to doing it again.
My 3 y.o. had a few cavities. Everyone was gentle and easy going. Even though he did not like the "volcano" (novacaine) in his cheek, he still went back willing the next time and without mom both times. Great care!
Jenny & Dr. McGovern are great! They always make me feel comfortable, give me the information I need, and I was done with my appointment in less than an hour.
A few things went wrong - my dentist was tied up - and unable to get in to see me, things took longer than usual. That being said. Still a great experience. The dental hygeintist did a great job. Was quick, thorough and fun. Another dentist came in to do my check up. He was friendly and stepped right in to make my wait shorter. Why did I think a longer wait was an exceptional experience?? Like the service great place for a check up
um.... well..... it WAS a visit to a dentist I couldn't very well give a full 5 stars. Seriously though, there are reasons that I have been seeing Dr. McGovern for as long as I have. Everyone in the office is friendly and polite. The care given by all members of the dental staff is sincere, thoughtful and well done.
The staff and dentists are wonderful to their clients, treating us with respect and courtesy as well as doing great professional work. This is why I continue to choose Lifesmiles Dental.
This was my first time with Dr. Kingston.... I think I'll actually look forward to perio appointments a bit more now! Love her personality and energy! And your hygienists are ALWAYS the best!
I've never had such a good experience coming to the dentist. The office is top notch and beautiful and the people are professional, yet very friendly. I actually think I look forward to my semi-annual visits. I feel very relaxed after I leave. Don't change anything!!!
