My appointment this week was great. Janice did a quick and efficient job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Andrews was professional, as always.
Everyone I interact with from when I walk into the door to when I leave are so friendly and nice! I get explanations for any questions I may have! All around it is a great place for any dental work!
My husband and I went unannounced to the dental office to see if we wanted to become their patients. We were given a tour and all our questions were answered by the front desk people. At my first dental appointment, the hygienist did a thorough exam, xrays, cleaning, and other preventive measures. I have been to many dentists in my 50 years and never have I been so compelled to leave a glowing review. Yesterday I had 3 big fillings taken care of by Dr Wellman. I was nervous and anticipated nerve zings like I have had every time I have ever had a filling removed and refilled. I had NO zings and 0 pain! Even the novicain shot was painless! LifeSmiles is the best. I love the social media reminders and the staff and the dentists are awesome. They always do an excellent job of explaining what is going on, presenting a variety of treatment options, and they give you an estimate of cost, including what your insurance will cover, before you walk out the door.
My wife and I are fairly new in Fergus Falls. We missed our old dentist but have found a place of dentistry we now can call home. Todd and the staff are true professionals. The pleasant building is another added plus. Add to that the technology of the equipment and this is the place that truly can meet all of your dentistry needs!
