I'm a truck driver from California and was on my way to Chicago when a very large filling came out. I needed immediate service and LifeSmiles accommodated me right away. Very thankful to everybody. The staff are outstanding people. Moreover, Dr. Mellon saved my tooth and was able to reconstruct it's shape better than before. I wish I could show how incredibly sincere I am with my last visit to Life Smiles. Doctor Balgaard has always been my go-to doctor and I couldn't be more happy about that! She changed my smile immensely and for that I could never repay her enough. Shaina the hygienist could not have been anymore phenomenal at her job as well! She gave the doctor the right tools at the right time and had me comfortable the whole time! Forever grateful for those ladies.
Sherry was very thorough in cleaning and explaining what she was doing.her advice was very helpful.
My hygienist, Bonnie is the BEST! She works so hard and always, ALWAYS, gives 100% towards my needs. She is never critical or judge mental, and is always gentle and suggests ways I can better manage my gum disease.
It was a great appointment. Every was professional and answered all my questions.
Dr. Wellman with his hygienist's and assistants are the best. My husband and I have been going to LifeSmiles for the past four years and have not had one complaint.
