I've been dealing with corporate LifeShield. Brief breakdown followed by details: Sales: 5 stars. (Makes everything seem super easy and smooth) Shipping: 3 stars. (Takes 6-8 days to arrive) Setup: 1 star (Disaster) Customer Service: 1 Star (The buck doesn't stop anywhere). I had a great experience with the sale associate. I had a wonderful experience with one of your managers in Customer Service. Her name is Karen and she did everything she could to ensure my security system was optimized to protect my home and family. Specifically she helped me with problems I was having connecting my homeview camera to my system. After trying to connect the camera myself for hours and then spending an hour on the phone with a technician, I was very unhappy with the equipment. We enjoy the peace of mind of a fully internet connected and redundant security system. Using the mobile app to check status, arm when you forgot to, or change settings for the alarm is great, but is also allows you to disarm in case someone needs to stop by your house for you, etc. The system is high quality, very well managed, easily understood and installed (wireless!)... well priced and competitive. The support is better, including how they handle replacement parts and RMA returns. Top notch alarm system.
