⭐ 1-Star Review Unfortunately, my experience at LifeShare Blood was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the lack of professionalism I experienced from Ernestine. Her attitude came across as extremely rude, dismissive, and obnoxious. The way she communicated with me was completely inappropriate for someone working in a healthcare environment where professionalism and basic courtesy should be expected. Got a notification on my phone that I was eligible to donate again today. I drove from Haughton to south Shreveport to the Linwood location to donate only to be told I was not eligible until tomorrow. About 50 miles round trip for nothing. Very poor. I have rare blood and it will be a long time before they get anymore of it.

A Lifeshare location damaged my left arm during a routine injection donation. I let them know immediately and kept them apprised constantly of my pain and issues through the following weeks and months. I saw numerous doctors and had numerous testing's done. Multiple doctors, including a neurologist, after a year of care, concluded my arm will never heal from the nerve pain and both wrote letters as such. Went a blood drive at the walmart yesterday Jeannette and Tatiana where fantastic. It was busy but they got my husband and I in and out fast . They are a great team . The other nurse even went off to get more people to donate .
