Well the service representative was very nice , friendly and profesional . But we run into major issue after taking off. The rep showed us one time how to use the breatheliser then we left. With the first 5 min my husband was blowing into device and did not work messaging ABORT. So we pulled off the street into a parking lot. Many many attempttions to blow the device was still showing ABORT message. We stoped a police oficer and asked for help.
