7 years I've had the interlock I never missed an appointment or had a lock out and apparently you go by the device not the appointment set on the paper I had no idea and nobody ever told me until the owner Carina informed me (as in the picture) she said I should have came in on 12/24/23 which was Sunday Christmas eve . I should have asked these questions when it was installed.
