Crucial to my recovery – My therapist played a crucial role in my recovery. Her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system was remarkable. She understood the interconnectedness of various muscle groups, and traced problems to their source and healed them. Even more remarkable, she integrated the physical therapy program into my cycling training program, which contributed directly to a very successful 1000 kilometer ultra-endurance cycling event in June of this year.
