Super friendly and helpful!! brought janet (serger) there for a broken tension disk and a servising...when they said they will make it run THEY WILL MAKE IT RUN!! shes so quiet now and runs beautifully...i paid almost $150 but she needed a new part that was pricey...but i am overall super happy with everything def! Will be back
