Not as convenient as they advertise. I must be in my state to even interview with an MD. They don't consider home address or shipping address. I work all over the world and this doesn't work for me. I will return to my local functional medicine group. I recommend finding a local group.

Went to my appointment and some random office dude gave me an iPad with a sales pitch video to watch in the waiting room. I left undecided and got a bill for over 200 bucks for absolutely no services offered. I refused to pay that and the lady that called me was inept and aggressive on the phone. I’ve never even seen the actual doctor.
Accessibility: Poor. Often absent at office visits. Refused to hear a problem or return my call. Attention to Patient Needs: Poor. Does not review patient’s chart and reason for visit prior to seeing the patient. Does not listen to patients. Bedside Manner: Poor. Arrogant, egotistical. Initially friendly, but quickly impatient.
