I'm not sure what most of the reviews mean, these people were pretty okay Just finished up my last day here
The therapists are great and helpful. But the desk lady Mardi is very very rude. Every time I’ve spoken with her she’s been very dismissive, uncaring, and unhelpful. She is a terrible first look at the company when it comes to trying to schedule or even ask a simple question. She has zero accountability when she makes a mistake with something and she consistently has a very nasty uncalled for attitude.
