The therapists are great and helpful. But the desk lady Mardi is very very rude. Every time I’ve spoken with her she’s been very dismissive, uncaring, and unhelpful. She is a terrible first look at the company when it comes to trying to schedule or even ask a simple question. She has zero accountability when she makes a mistake with something and she consistently has a very nasty uncalled for attitude. End of my life's quest was established here!!!!, pure evil breeds here. If you have a mental emergency I'd recommend killing yourself before you ask for help from these nasty people. All about money no consideration for life
