I was a cash paying customer seeing Emily who is still working on getting her license. I was seeing her for a reduced rate. I cancelled my appointment 24 hours before because I have Covid and the flu but I was still charged and they fired me as a customer. I only cancelled maybe two maybe three visits (all at least a day before) and I was charged both times and apparently now the cancellation policy is 48 hours? If you don’t have money to blow don’t go here. I was robbed. I don’t care what your response is that was shady af.
I’ve been with Jordan for years, long before she headed up Lifeologie. She listens to and fights for her patients unlike any provider in any field I’ve ever met. She truly wants to see the best for the people in her care, even when that means doing something unconventional, bringing in other providers, or trying out new modes of care. Lifeologie Wellness is exceptional. The space is inviting, calming and the decor is done so tastefully. Everyone there is so caring and helpful from the therapists, psychiatrist, and the yoga instructors. They have a yoga studio which is very unique with classes that focus on ways to release stress and stored trauma in the body. It’s different in a great way. Just knowing I have options to help me get through tough times is amazing. I highly recommend them!
