My test results took almost a month to come back, and when they did, they were not accurate. At my next visit, the office told me my insurance was "not verified." | called my insurance myself, and both the automated system and a live agent confirmed my coverage has been active and verified since June. The agent explained the office needed to follow the same process I did. When I told this to the receptionist, she was rude and dismissive, saying, "I don't have time for this." 10/10 highly recommend. The office is beautiful with a warm welcoming and clean environment. I love the art. Refreshments are available if needed. The staff/nurses are friendly and professional. Dr. Outlaw is knowledgable and caring. She answers everything and makes sure that you recieve the care that you need. There isn’t a long wait time either.
Dr. Outlaw is great and I highly recommend her new practice. She and her nurse were very attentive and friendly, and Dr. Outlaw listened to my concerns and gave some specific advice that I appreciate. The office is also really welcoming and colorful, adding to the overall positive experience I had.
Dr Outlaw was wonderful and I’ll recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist. She is personable and thorough and her office is such a pleasant environment to be in.
