Just called to deal with a situation and the lady was rude and hung up on me. If your looking for good customer service i do not recommend these guys.

I’ve always had good experiences at Lifeline, but this last one was by far the best. Tanya went above and beyond to help me fix my errors and help me prepare to preform life saving measures. I am so grateful for lifeline and am excited that because of their help I can get a running start in my future medical endeavors.
Awesome people & knowlegable staff
I’m a registered nurse and am required to take cpr every two years. Classes at my facility can be booked up way in advance. So I have used Lifeline multiple times and feel they provide a great class.
Lifeline Training Center on East Ave in Chico IS NOT a good place to get your BLS CPR and First-aid training done. They don’t communicate effectively at all (her staff has no clue when you ask them questions regarding what’s sufficient or not), over enrolled me, over charged me $163.50 and when I spoke to the owner Tanya LeDonne about it this evening, she refused to give me a refund (Troop funds btw) and stated that she would have the certification I did earn revoked if I went through my bank for reimbursement. The guys i had that teach the class were really nices. the class was easy. If you did not get something they would help you understand it better
