Went for a new patient appointment yesterday and saw Nercie Danger and I really liked her and the staff. They did an amazing job!! Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional experience at Life Line Primary Care. I had a terrible experience with the staff here. They are unorganized and often miscommunicate important information. I was even given the wrong lab results, which caused me a lot of stress and confusion. When I tried to get it corrected, the staff were rude and not helpful at all. No star would have been appropriate and this place will be closed down shortly. I have never been to a doctors office where you have to do the job of referrals for them and I mean if you don’t call , confirm and call back for all information then there is no solution granted. My primary is supposed to sign my disability paperwork due to these referrals and yet they are playing as if they aren’t qualified to do so. The receptionist working here could not have been more rude. It was actually ridiculous the way she was speaking to me and I highly advise and caution you from coming here unless you want to be treated like trash.
This place is absolutely piece of garbage. Everything sucks here beginning from the receptionist to doctors. You are made to wait for an hour just to pick up the medical records. I was told over the phone all I have to do is come to the office, sign and take the paperwork. But they made us to wait for an hour and they signed the paperwork while we were there and handed to us.
