The providers that have helped me, mostly at the Duluth location (specifically Corinne Maswell, FNP, & support staff) & a couple of times at the Lilburn office, have been attentive, kind, caring, & competent. I give a score of 4.7 because I have a hang-up about not knowing the person whose name is on my Rx. A solution might be 3 group gatherings a month (early, mid-day, late-day). This year has really been an improvement for me I really appreciate the staff at Duluth office they are kind and have better attitudes if you would have asked me last year it was a different story. If I need to go to the dr I will now with no hesitation as long as this staff an NP are present Thank you for all you do. 🙏🏾
