I have unfortunately been with lifeline medical for two years. I have went through four different therapists (in just the first year) and two different psychiatrists within the 2 years I have been going to Lifeline. The first therapist left the company, my second therapist left the company, my third therapist got fired, and my fourth therapist left the company. cannot get ahold of them. doesnt matter when you call. doesnt matter if you call a local office or their customer service base in PA. no one ever answers.
I have enjoyed working with my specific provider, but that's where the good ends with Lifeline. Their billing and insurance practices are horrific, and good luck actually talking to somebody. I was told by Lifeline that my specific provider was in-network, only to be billed out of network. When trying to figure out where they got their information, I have left multiple voicemails and sent a message and have received NO communication back from them in any form. I was referred to Lifeline Medical Center by the VA to meet with psychiatrist Terry Little. Prior to the appointment, I was asked to complete an extensive intake questionnaire detailing my full mental health history. It took me nearly two hours to complete, and I provided thorough, honest answers in the hope of receiving meaningful support.
