This review is about the Dunn Ave. location. Even though it got off to a minor bumpy start because of issues beyond their control, it landed up being a good experience. I can say they listened, acted and the result was excellent. From Cindy at the front desk working hard to get it resolved, to Lorrie the Audiologist whose professional and calm demeanor made the test very comfortable and finally to Greg the manager who listened to my sob story and acted extremely appropriately and accommodating. I came here due to some hearing issues I’ve been having , especially tinnitus episodes. Dr. Ortiz is a wonderful doctor and she really genuinely seems to care about my situation. She helped me know where my hearing levels are at as well as my options on dealing with my tinnitus. I really do feel like I’m in the best hands for my hearing needs. We just had the most amazing appointment at Lifeline Audiologyl with Dr. Jud Rapheal. My 90 year old mother can now hear so much better. The doctor gave her back to us. She can now hear our conversations and have one with us without getting frustrated. Thank you so much Dr. Jud, what a gift you are.

Dr. Raphael did a great job at listening to my problems and finding solutions. It’s not often that you find someone that cares. If you’re having hearing problems she will get you where you need to be.
