Staff was rude and uncaring would not recommend.
I have been with this facility 2.5 years. I don't abuse my medicine or sell it. I am drug tested every single time. I have never had a bad pill count or drug test. I respect the Doctor and Nurse Practitioners and all of the nurses. I have been to,so many specialists that won't operate on my back so I have real pain from a bad car accident and from bulging every disc in my sciatica.I also have severe arthritis and fibromyalgia. It wasn't my experience it was my 68 year old mothers. She has athritis throughout her entire body most especially her spine. Today was only her second visit and the "Dr", I use that term lightly, took her completely off one of her medications and told her she is an addict. This infuriates me. My mother told her to please call her previous Dr and asked them if they ever thought she abused her medication. My mother is 68 not 28. She needs her medication for pain not for sale. I just love the doctor there. She has helped me so much. I got more information there then I did at Graves Gilbert clinic from any of the doctors I seen there. She's a life saver
Told me what time my np apt. Would be over. I wrote down that time. After, waiting 6weeks for the apt.I was 30min late than to the original time so with an empty waiting room and I had insurance they turned me away. I hate this office.no consideration only thinking the worst of everyone
