I would like to commend John, the technician at the Aurora Hollandview location, for his outstanding professionalism and care. He was incredibly patient and made the entire blood draw experience very comfortable. He kept a light, friendly conversation throughout the procedure, which really helped ease my fear of needles. What impressed me the most was how skilled he was—after the blood draw, there wasn’t even a visible needle mark on my arm, and it healed exceptionally well. Efficient staff. Appointments are priority. Friendly staff with long experiences.
Don’t recommend going to this place for bloodwork, they make you wait for a long period of time and don’t do a good job leaving you with a massive bruise and swelling at the arm that is painful. Don’t go for bloodwork! On top of all of this they are rude and disrespectful.
The walk in wait time posted on the Life Labs site is EXTREMELY misleading. I understand it won't be completely accurate, but a 1 hour + wait instead of the listed 15 minute wait, is simply misleading and unreasonable.
