I visited the Life Labs located at 372 Hollandview Trail in Aurora today and the experience was so good. From the front desk lady (Amanda) to the the professional who attended me in the room, they were so profissional and kind to me, specially because I usually feel so nervous when I need to do blood work, they were amazing! Thank you again for the kindness and the excellent service!
Marjan was great in her job . Everything was fine and good customer service. Also i should thanks to azita for helping my mom to have her test easily.
busy for sure and why you should set an appointment. When line gets long you do end up having to wait before being checked in, but I believe they do call to find out who has an appt should itget too long. Anyways, 5 star for service. The best LifeLabs experienced I've had in Ontario. My wife and I went separately on few occasions and the experience has been consistent. Staff are nice and friendly. Keep up the good work!
