Made an appointment for my infant because I heard they were good here. The line up was in the hallway and I went in to ask if people with appointments needed to be in the cue. They gave mixed messages, yes but they would call our name. I had to sit for a moment because of all the weight of my child and bag. I heard the person at the desk make a comment that just because I have a baby she wouldn't let me cut. Best LifeLabs location I’ve ever been to. In and out, 15 minutes, without appointment but prefer to go with one. Much recommended.
Very rude service. I made an appointment and when I got there I was told sternly to go back out into the hallway. When I said that I had an appointment and need to register was told to go into the hallway. Eight people were standing in the hallway and nobody was being registered at the counter. Won't go back to this location
This is the second time I had a positive experience.
