I had a really great experience with the lab technician during my recent visit. Dalal was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I usually get nervous about blood draws, but Dalal was so gentle that I barely felt a thing! The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely painless. I truly appreciate Dalal’s professionalism, efficiency, and kind attitude. It made what is usually a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommend!

I went in today and Dil helped me out and she was so lovely. Made this not so fun experience of getting blood drawn way more comfortable.
Emily is always amazing and one of the few who can get blood from me (cp with constantly constricting veins make blood draws and i.v placement a challenge for even the best) she is almost always a 1 stick and done draw, and the only time she needed 2 tries was due to my good arm being unavailable, it was still painless.
