I was impressed from the minute I walked in. The person at the front desk was personable and very friendly for a Friday afternoon. The person who actually did the blood draw was professional and friendly at the same time. Before I knew it, she was already doing the blood draw. I felt nothing as she inserted the needle or changed vials. Poorest customer service ever, never come again to this location
Made an appointment for my infant because I heard they were good here. The line up was in the hallway and I went in to ask if people with appointments needed to be in the cue. They gave mixed messages, yes but they would call our name. I had to sit for a moment because of all the weight of my child and bag. I heard the person at the desk make a comment that just because I have a baby she wouldn't let me cut.
