I booked an appointment before remembering to check the reviews. I was very anxious because of all the negative reviews and low ratings. I considered cancelling but decided to give them a try. To my surprise, I found the place to be clean and the technician (KAY) to be very pleasant and capable. The staff is really rude, we spent a half hour to get there, in order to help us they ignored us, the worst place to go,
I visited this location on Feb 15 for a blood test and had a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, I requested that butterfly needles be used as they are much more comfortable for me (I have needle anxiety). Zahida, the nurse, told me to mention this to the person drawing my blood. When it was my turn, Zahida was the one taking my blood, so I repeated my request for butterfly needles.
