Kay provided a very professional, efficient and fast blood draw for me. I have small, hidden veins yet she was able to complete the procedure quickly and pain free for which I was delighted. This location is always bright, clean and service is extremely pleasant.

I came without an appointment. I was met with courtesy and friendliness, and called up within a few minutes. Despite being typically a challenging patient to get blood from, Hiva was able to find a vein quickly and do the blood draw efficiently. I was impressed
Efficient check in with approximate wait times clearly displayed in the waiting area, friendly staff in particular Hiva. She is very professional and extremely gentle barely felt the needle at all.
Extremely frustrating experience at this lab. I’ve been waiting over a week for my test results, logging in daily to check for updates. Today, I finally called LifeLabs to find out what was going on, only to be told that this location entered my name incorrectly – and not just a simple typo, but a completely different name altogether.
