The staff is really accommodating. Overall I had a very pleasant experience
My favorite location, I always walk-in, but the wait time no more than 40 min. considering I am here only on Saturdays. All staff very experienced and fast, but I always trying to come when Sabrina is working. She is the best one. I also love that the waiting area has chairs and enough space to wait even if it is crowded.
Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience at the LifeLabs location. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I felt harassed and embarrassed by the way I was treated. Despite my efforts to calmly explain the situation, the staff member was unreasonable and unwilling to listen. Instead of trying to help, she created unnecessary difficulties and seemed more interested in asserting her authority than providing customer service. It was quick and easy and the receptionist is very nice.
Sunita is the best technician helping me with the blood test. I have done so many blood tests due to health reasons, she is the most experienced and efficient one so that I didn’t even feel she put the needle first time so precisely to the right spot and get the blood in the test tube easily. I was expecting the second or even more poking based on my previous experience because I am kind of slim and the blood vessel is very thin and hard to find.
