Please change your booking. A 2 hour wait time for walk in is insane, having 10 people standing waiting in the middle because all the seats are full is insane. My turn kept getting pushed back over and over again because you booked appointments back to back. Maybe leave a space between to catch up on the walk ins? Otherwise why not just require appointments for everyone. You will be waiting far longer than their “estimated wait time” on the screen.
