It is a life labs.
Joanne was an angel! My 11 yr old grandson has had some traumatic attempts trying to give blood samples both while a patient at Grand River and at 2 different Lifelabs. Today she listened to us, was very patient with a very nervous boy and felt around several sites. She then got it on her 1st try!! Thanks so much Joanne! You are the best!!!
I’ve went to the other branches of life lab, but this branch specifically won my heart. It was the team working that made my experience so easy and genuinely enjoyable, and to be precise it was Hanan that made the experience easy and fun. A great person and definitely my go to branch from now on.
Team in this Life Labs is swift, compassionate and knowledgeable. Cecily was great to work with. Very generous and soft spoken. Highly recommend.
Had an appointment for 2:30. We were there by 2:10 but still had to wait till 3:15pm. They kept calling the walk-ins. Also, paid parking.
