Receptionist curt, short, I had an appointment and she didn't log it in. I was forgotten about for 40 minutes until I asked at the desk when I would be seen? They used to be great! Short staffed? Nurse was very nice but didn't believe me I had an appointment until I dug out my emails! Good thing I didn't delete my trash!
I like to make appointments ahead of time for my bloodwork, and because of this I usually do not find that I have to wait very long to be seen. I was directed to a station almost right away.
Staffs are friendly, I did not make an appointment, so it's a long waiting time .
