Incredibly slow and unclean. Staff are inattentive and often chatting rather serving patients. Always choose Dynacare as the safer, cleaner, quicker option.
Everyone from the front desk through the personnel drawing the blood (sorry I didn't catch anyone's name) was helpful, cheerful and courteous. Had the clinic running like a "well oiled" machine.
RuthAnne was amazing. She was calm, efficient, and gentle. Thanksomuch!!
This was really hard to find - it's in the mall, but there's no signage outside the mall, or once you get inside. The front door is behind a pillar so it's hard to see even when you're very close. That said, the facility is clean, the nurse was fantastic, and my appointment was on time. Plus there's a tim Hortons in the parking lot if you had to fast!
