I dropped in for an ECG and was seen relatively quicky. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the display of estimated wait times by patient. I observed staff dealing with a difficult client and was impressed with their professionalism, respectfulness and politeness. Overall a great experience.
Friendly staff and great service. Clean and quiet place. If you get your appointment beforehand, you will be in and out with in 10 minutes.
The worst LifeLabs experience I’ve ever had. They attempted to draw blood three times — from my left arm, right arm, and right hand — and failed every single time. It was far more painful than any blood test I’ve had before, and to make matters worse, I didn’t even get a result. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Amazing experience. Great system for booking online, and appointment was right on time Got a little light headed when giving blood sample, and five nurses came to check on me separately. All so sweet :)
