I came to LifeLabs today for my blood work. Unfortunately, my experience with a staff member named Dil was not pleasant. She was very rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming in her approach. As patients, we are not receiving free services, and we deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. A more polite and professional tone would make a huge difference in patient experience. I truly hope LifeLabs addresses this, as it can be very uncomfortable to deal with staff who lack basic courtesy.
Last Wednesday morning (Sept. 10) I came to this location to have blood drawn. It was my first time here and it will be my last. I have had blood work done at many other LifeLabs locations; this was the first one that told me they couldn’t see the veins in my left arm and asked to draw from my right arm — maybe I should have left then… When they finally drew from my right arm it was very painful; that evening my upper arm hurt so much I couldn’t sleep.
