If you booked an appointment then the wait time is next to nothing. The receptionists are efficient. The nurses are friendly and quick with the procedures. They are only limited by the lack of waiting room space but that’s not really something that can be fixed.
Life Labs has many locations. I like this one in the Frederick Mall as you are inside and covered from the weather while waiting and you can walk the mall or visit stores. They are very good at putting up on the screen your name and the number of minutes until you will be called upon. The staff are friendly and efficient. All of the lifelabs are very busy. Not the staffs fault, but came here at 7:31am and there was already a line so long that the estimated wait time on the monitor was showing over 90 minutes. Either get here super early before they open, make an appointment, or go somewhere else. Very busy location.

So glad I booked online! I found a last-minute slot here after looking at both the Kitchener and Cambridge locations, which saved me from waiting two weeks or risking a walk-in. I was on a tight schedule to get back to work, but they got me in right on time. The nurses and staff were so kind, especially Ruth, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely book an appointment if you can!
