Very small and unclean waiting room with narrow hallway, basically nowhere to sit or stand to wait. Staff is unfriendly. I went for a blood test and the lady decided to jab me unnecessarily and painfully only to not have drawn any blood and then proceeded to blame me for being "too tense" when she told me to clinch my fist as tightly as possible and do not let go. Cramped and dirty location. I was refused my appointment because they would have closed by the time my test would have been completed. I don’t know why their system allowed a booking to go past their hours of operation.
Small shop, no place to sit, too many patients waiting, doesn’t feel like Canada. The technicians are very good though
THEY DO NOT HONOUR APPOINTMENT TIME SLOTS. Which is really inconvenient for seniors who have to fast for bloodwork. This time they were an hour behind…. Sadly also not the first time this has happened…. Please stop taking appointments if you can’t honour them.
The place is not clean including washroom. One of their employees is so loud.
