Really nice service. My mom and I have a difficult veins to take and the staff at this location did it like a pro!!!!! I was really happy didn't have to get a 2nd poke 😅. Thanks so much for such a good service 💕💕
I had a great experience at this location. The walk-in wait time was only about 15 minutes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sarah did my blood test quickly and with minimal discomfort. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews—this branch provided excellent service.
This location is vile. Employees are incompetent and rude, atmosphere smells of urine just a very disgusting place to be Don’t be fooled by the employees giving it a 5 star they don’t want the location shut down but public health has been notified
Unprofessional staff. Very rude especially the lady who took my blood sample .
All of the team members at the 700 Markham Road location in Scarborough were very cordial and informative working well with clients/patients waiting. The wait wasn’t too long about 30 minutes. They were helpful in explaining how my results would show up and be sent to my doctor. My uncle had some tests done as well and they were very helpful in troubleshooting a situation with his OHIP card.
