Unprofessional staff. Very rude especially the lady who took my blood sample .
All of the team members at the 700 Markham Road location in Scarborough were very cordial and informative working well with clients/patients waiting. The wait wasn’t too long about 30 minutes. They were helpful in explaining how my results would show up and be sent to my doctor. My uncle had some tests done as well and they were very helpful in troubleshooting a situation with his OHIP card.
This is a terrible place. Not enough parking. Poor communication by staff. They come out yelling at people.
Man these people are incompetent. First they asked me questions that are illegal when I questioned them about it hey told me that they don't do that particular testing there. I've been to other locations and never asked these question. Only for me to contact LifeLabs to find a location that does, only be directed at that same location. When I asked about the questions that they had asked me at location they had no answers.
Very poor customer care, staff not customer friendly
