I arrived at this clinic at 3:30 p.m. and ended up waiting for over two hours. Even after being called into one of the small rooms, I was left sitting there for nearly another hour with no one coming in to draw my blood. The place is extremely disorganized, overcrowded, and chaotic. If you have any other options, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
Absolutely atrocious. Don't bother going here if you need a walk-in appointment. Been sitting here for an hour and a half and my time queue time stays the same or even keeps increasing. Give your buisness to other clinics. As of writing, estimated wait is 167 minutes at 4pm on a Thursday. Pathetic.
Really slow service, even with an appointment. Nice staff, but over worked. Do better lifelabs!
Everytime I go I have the same experience but yesterday was the icing on the cake. Idk what it is. They ignore me every time, they refuse to serve me. They don’t even look at me when I come. They whisper and laugh. The times I have gone there has been Asian nurses at reception and a white lady once. Is it race? I was the first person in yesterday, it was completely empty. This place is absolutely terrible and disorganized.We've been waiting here for over an hour and seen people go in before me when they came in the office after me this makes no sense it's like only one doctor is working here totally ridiculous and we made an appointment since Friday
