Everytime I go I have the same experience but yesterday was the icing on the cake. Idk what it is. They ignore me every time, they refuse to serve me. They don’t even look at me when I come. They whisper and laugh. The times I have gone there has been Asian nurses at reception and a white lady once. Is it race? I was the first person in yesterday, it was completely empty. This place is absolutely terrible and disorganized.We've been waiting here for over an hour and seen people go in before me when they came in the office after me this makes no sense it's like only one doctor is working here totally ridiculous and we made an appointment since Friday
The most jammed & running behind schedule LifeLabs I've ever been to - the wait & crowd was crazy. After an hour I got my health card back & just left!
Shame on the company! This lab is severely understaffed, people are overworked, customers under-served (not the employees fault!). A total mess.
Very disappointed with the service. I was referred here by the immigration medical clinic at 1466 St. Clair and wasn’t informed that I needed to book a separate appointment. I waited for 2 hours only to be told I had no appointment. This lack of communication made me miss work. Clear coordination with the referring clinic is essential this was frustrating and avoidable.
