They do not pay attention to the appointment times. I waited 40 minutes to be checked arrived (blue) and 15 minutes to get my blood test taken.

Staff are very slow, and appointments are not respected. I had a scheduled appointment, yet it was not followed, and I still had to wait. This is an ongoing issue at this location. I come here often because it’s close to my home, but the customer service is consistently poor and does not respect patients’ time. It’s unclear why appointments are offered if they are not honored.
Staff is working very slow resulting in waiting even though you have booked an appointment. I visited this location 3 times and arrived on time of appointment, but needed to wait at least 30 minimum every time. Also they are not maintaining sequence, new person are getting their turn fast while existing are still waiting.
