Ridiculously long wait times
I booked an appointment, got an email conformation to only find out the lab has moved out. Put a sign on the windows! Many people besides myself were trying the doors. FYI they moved to just outside of Promenade Mall near entrance 4. They are still getting organized in the new location - but it is much cleaner.
Very unorganized location. Always long delays with appointments. The estimated time for walk-in is at least 1 hour more than what shows on screens. Even for appointments Wait time is 30-60 minutes more .
Bad reception, long waiting time. Worth location
