We had to wait a long time, even though we had an appointment. It seemed like only one person was taking the blood tests.
Slow service & staff that are not accommodating
Hi, I canceled my appointment in promenade life lab, which I canceled due to staff's rudeness behavior this morning. But I went to this location after. Nagham treated me very respectfully, professionally, and with kind attention. So, I wish Lifelab management hired more employees like Nagham rather than those rude personnel in promenade locations. I give full 5 stars to Nagham out of 5, as she made my day happy. Iraj Safari
