I had really good experience. Within 10 mins I was out. It was bit difficult if you have parked it back of hospital. Other than staff was good. I got my results within two days. Great experience. 😁
I had a very disappointing experience at this LifeLabs location. While waiting to check in, I overheard the guy at the front desk talking negatively about patients who had just come in. It was unprofessional and made the environment feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. Patients come here for care and testing — they deserve to be treated with kindness and confidentiality, not talked about behind their backs. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures staff maintain a respectful attitude toward everyone who visits.
Yuka was great. Extremely polite and courteous, efficient and friendly throughout the whole process.
