Allison assisted me and she was extremely pleasant and patient. She explained everything she was about to do and ensure I was comfortable and understood what she was about to do
Visited today at about 4:19 PM through the south entrance to be advised by the reception that the lab was closed for renovations and to visit another nearby location. Were out in 10 mins and were still charged parking. At least update online if the lab is closed.
The location is closed until July14
I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews , yes wait time was long but I didn’t have an appointment. I’m terrified of needles so the lady made sure I wasn’t in view of them and was super sweet , everyone at the front desk was nice aswell
