Worst life labs ever. Staff is unprofessional. After over an hour of wait, I asked the staff how many more people ahead of me. She said 5 more people and it could take longer. when more people come. It doesn't make sense. Do not go here if you do not have an appointment. They don't even deserve a star! Poor service!
The office needs to hire more staff lots of elderly people long very long wait times the staff usually say their under staffed every time which l don’t blame them and an hour wait time but l would 2hours wait time
Says they’re open till 5 but, closes at 4. Change your timings.
NOT FAMILY friendly. Rude staff- especially the one named Russel. They denied me service for my toddler’s bloodwork - when I told them you’re denying me service they said it will take too much time they’re closing in half an hour come back in the morning. I called customer service to complain about what happened, they were surprised I was sent away given the fact there was only a 5 minute wait.
