They are very professional. Especially the staff Blein- she is excellent in her role.

Worst Lifelab place in Toronto I've ever seen.. Rude & kinda racist staff.. I had to wait almost 40 mins in front of the counter to know I need to come tomorrow for a fasting glucose test, while she was learning how to read an email to help a white man find his electronic requisition. Completely unprofessional.. Avoid this place if possible.
I walked in at 7:57AM and was out the door at 8:26AM. Good service. The employees do seem to have issues with there 'higher up management' but still received pleasant service.
staff here doesn't update the walkin person so only walkin time shows less on their website while the place is packed. staff knows exactly what they are doing
