My sis went there to have check up, she advised to wait for 2 hours, still didn’t get chance to have the body check up, staff extremely rude and unprofessional. She has to go another clinic now😕
Extremely long waiting time. Staff is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to patients. They are so rude - if you ask them anything, they answer like they are going to bite you. Zero customer service. I will tell everyone not to visit this place ever. Very disappointed.
Extremely slow waited there 4 hours and still no chances for my turn had to came back
Was taken promptly at the time of my appointment. I have problems with my veins which often gives technicians a lot of problems drawing blood from me. The technician who served me did have problems, but immediately took my suggestion to use a finer needle which saved me a lot of discomfort and pain for which I was very thankful. Technician was very courteous and I actually felt she truly cared for me. Thanks to her caring attitude, I was made more comfortable during the procedure. Outstanding care provided!
Owners need to check on their staff, they are bad person dealing with people in pain, old people etc. We need some empathy in this world 🌎
