I do not want to give them even one star I had the worst experience at this lifelabs. I waited there for more than one hour today just now. and the people that are working there so rude to patient to each and everyone that was there. They are in a medical field and people are concerned about their health and they come to them for questions and concern and they just brush people off. Really bad service.Even the employee were rude in the front desk.and I didn’t even get my report to be updated in my clinic .i did call to take an update but no response and i did email as well. Poor service
Just remember if you have online appointment you should tell them, otherwise they might not ask you then put you as walk in waiting list and waste your time, then they will blame you why you haven’t tell them at first place
No respect for appointment times. I had an appointment at 11:20 and had to wait a 45min to get seen. The staff are rude and refuse to answer any of your questions. Save your time and book elsewhere.
