Very clean
I get my blood work done here. I dislike needles and the lady's here are so professional and gentle. I always leave with a smile on my face.
No one checking in anyone at the desk, so it took an hour to talk to someone only for them to say my requisition was posted dated so they couldn't accommodate. Frustrated I raised my voice which they promptly said was grounds to not serve me. When asked when my appointment was I was told I had to check into the empty desk. Go to any other location, they will actually be equipped to help you.
First, Google showed that this location opens at 7:00 AM on Saturdays. I arrived around that time, but it actually opens at 8:00 AM. The doors were unlocked around 7:50 AM by the receptionist, so hopefully the business hours on Google can be updated to avoid confusion. When the receptionist opened the door, she called a coworker on speakerphone while patients were lined up waiting. The coworker said they were calling in sick and wouldn’t be coming in.
